The Owners' Syndicate has been marketing villa holidays since 1987 and our continuing success in a very competitive market place is based on the quality of the properties that we promote.

We are always seeking new properties to expand our portfolio and to satisfy the holiday requirements of our many regular clients.  If you have a villa in France, Italy, Portugal or Spain, and further afield in the Caribbean, Mauritius, Oman or South Africa, we would be interested in hearing from you.

Over the years we have found that our clients have become progressively more discerning.  We are therefore looking for properties which are well equipped, attractive and very comfortable.  A good location is also very important.  We seek to offer our clients properties in outstanding locations, within easy reach of places of interest, shopping and catering, as well as sports and leisure facilities and airports.

If you have not let your property on a commercial basis before then we can advise you on how to make the best of your property, on the levels of recommended rental to maximise your sales potential and local legislation that will pertain to your property. We will handle all of the promotion and marketing, sales administration and payments.
