All information concerning the Villas, Apartments, Hotels, Resorts, Lodges, Car Hire and Airlines used by Owners’ Syndicate is constantly checked to ensure that the information provided on the Site is correct.  Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of descriptions and information.  However, Owners’ Syndicate is not always able to control all the components of the holiday arrangements and it is possible that an advertised facility may be withdrawn or changed due to weather conditions, lack of demand or for property maintenance, renovation etc.
