To retain your privacy, we do not disclose your details or any information given to The Owners’ Syndicate to any third party. We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. When you book a holiday with The Owners’ Syndicate, your information must be passed on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as airlines, villa owners, villa management companies, hotels, transport companies as appropriate to the holiday that you have booked. The information may also be provided to security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, or as required by law. You will find copies of the Booking Conditions that pertain to the holidays sold by The Owners’ Syndicate in a separate section of this Site.
Where your holiday is outside the European Economic Area (EEA), controls on data protection in these destinations may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. The Owners’ Syndicate will not, however, pass any information onto any person who is not responsible for a part of your travel or holiday arrangements. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us, such as details of disabilities, dietary or special requirements, and if this information is a part of your holiday requirements for us to make the necessary bookings you must consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.
Please note that if your booking is made through a travel agent then any personal or sensitive information is also held by your travel agent, and will be subject to your travel agent’s own data protection policy.
You are entitled to receive a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like to see this, please contact The Administration Manager at The Owners’ Syndicate. (We may make a small charge for providing this information for you).
